FMS Getronics

FMS mobile App is used by Getronics and GWA field engineers. The engineers can use the App to Assign tickets to themselves, provide ETA for customers, record Arrival time, declare part usage, send eNote to back office staff, send field service report to customers, capture e-signature from customers, obtain ratings & close the tickets. The App supports engineers in online mode.
