Very helpful, straight forward no hidden fees and I love I can take out of the atm in increments of five
New update don’t work for older phones not fair!
Well I’ve loved and used the app for years now with great ease and now I can no longer as my iPhone 7 isn’t new enough apparently it won’t do 16.0 version best it does is 15.6 so I’m now not able to online bank what a dumb update and completely unfair to those of us rocking older phones. Bad call on this requirement JS

I have been with FNBT since my very first savings account as a little 5 year old girl. I have beautiful memories of past/present workers who taught me about money, took the time to problem solve any issues that may have surfaced while raising my family and made me feel like family. I just discovered mobile deposit, and what a great thing! Yes, I’m behind on technology, but it sure makes life simpler. Thank you FNB.
Mobile check deposit
The financial institution makes it very hard to meet account requirements for a mobile check deposit.
I’ve been a member for almost 10 years and newer had this many issues trying to bring my money back into the financial institution.
The only reason I am, is the location of financial institution, otherwise I would not bring my money here.

First National Bank&trust is number 1
I have been overseas in the military for the last year and a half and First National Bank&trust has always had my back no matter what. It’s a very personable experience banking with you guys. Would recommend you to anyone.

I love the mobile AP it is easy to use and has all the bells & whistles of the big banks. Customer service is Fantastic!

Needs update
The design and layout of the app is amazing. The only problem I have is that my account doesn't update regularly. It shows transactions and everything but it only shows the previous month not up to date transactions and balances.
