needs an update
i’m on my 3rd password reset this week. to reset you have to call the bank, they reset it to “start1”, have to wait 15 minutes, and then change password.. usually works, until my call 15 minutes ago.. definitely needs an upgrade, update or something
Frustration with log in
This app for the bank is very poorly put together and is very outdated but the biggest problem is the issue with login info this will be the 3 time!!!! In a week I have had to call the bank to get the login info reset due to failure to accept login info or failure to reset password.
Terrible since update
I never write reviews but this app was updated recently and ever since then it has been awful. If zero stars was an option I’d put it.

App is not compatible with dark mode for the iPhone if the reset page on the app is white that’s why

Needs better security questions 5 is to many and not all the questions are for everyone
App will loop if it’s out of date or you been lockout or if it as any other issues

Not impressed
Mobile deposit has never worked for me. Tried many times. Face ID quit working. Thumb print login quit working. Often site isn’t working. Website is not user friendly. Overall not happy with site.
IOS26 Updated Now Works well
App has been updated and all features are working great.
Rarely works
I have constant issues with the app locking me out, telling me log in info is incorrect when it’s not, etc. Very frustrating.

Some of the functions are not working with the new iOS update
IOS26 Update - Stopped working
App worked fine until recent IOS update. Cannot logout along with certain features no longer working.
Crashes
This app continually freezes up and you have to log out and restart. None of the features are working like transfers etc.
New app
Had to delete app and redownload to get an update. The newer version is sooo much better ! I can see exactly what each transaction is now.
Fix
It won’t log me in when I go to log in is keeps loading but nothing happens even on the website too,
