My Zelle been down for almost 2 months doesn’t really have alot of features on the app takes forever to login and the account updates slow if you spent some money I feel like once you spend money it should automatically update

This bank is great
Issues logging in
Up until recently I haven’t had any issues with the app. Now the app is requiring facial recognition twice and even after that it doesn’t log me in and will take forever to load. Fix this now

this app and the banking system they use isnt the worst part about this bank. it is the app and its support. constantly bugging and glitching, getting stuck on in app browsers and double glitching the face id when you log in. constantly you have periods where u cannot even use the app due to maintenance when they dont even change anything.

APP ALWAYS CRASHING
Cheap bank only in grocery stores so I don’t expect much from the mobile app or at least I shouldn’t. Always force closing itself always glitching or updating. If you can afford to, FIX IT!!!!

This app used to be awesome, and I could do anything with it, quickly and easily. Now just loading the app to open it up as a snails pace, a literal test to your patience!!

Love the options available on here from mobile deposit, add cash options, activating card and even turning card off when not using.

I personally dislike the app because it doesn’t work at the time also very difficult to find anything that you purchased or any post so I don’t use this that much because I think it’s too complicated and it never worked when you wanted to work

After an update the app lets me log in but it stays stuck on the loading screen. I have to keep re-trying and it very inconvenient.
