I appreciate how convenient it is to have your bank at your finger tips. Always accurate and very user friendly.
Issues loading
When I sign in it just loads and loads and finally says some message that it’s not working I have to close it and try again and usually it works the 2nd time.

I don’t like the AI Helpe and also I don’t like how my car is. Keep getting locked.
Login issues
My login won’t work half the time I have to shut down the app and restart it multiple times before anything pulls up
Technical difficulties
The app is convenient however to access accounts it’s in pending status for a long while .
I am never allowed into the app
Now before you say “just login” I do and then it hits me with “please wait” it never lets me into the app. I have seriously waited for 10 consecutive minutes. And nothing. It is up to date. I thought it was just my phone being slow. But no. Every other app on my phone lets me in instantly. Including the other bank that I use. I am never allowed to look at my account. I have no idea how much money I have in my account and it’s very frustrating. What is even the point of the app if I have to call just to see what’s in my account?

breaks down all the time
i don’t understand why almost all the time the app breaks and i can’t access my bank account, can’t transfer money can’t even look at how much i have this happens way too much. please fix this ! i have to send my mother money and i can’t even do that!! this is a reoccurring thing
