I been trying to get on the app and it’s just glitching. I can’t even use the app the glitch is so bad. I even deleted the app and reinstalled and still glitches.

Penalty for not having money
I am disabled and I don’t have a lot of money. I have paid First Convenience a substantial amount of money every single month in overdraft fee in FF fee and negative amount fees. To the tune of thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars you guys should be ashamed of yourself as long as I’ve had this account I get no brakes. Your company continues to take money from a man who don’t have money even if I’m short, I’m not leaving you because obviously I need you, I got a check coming in and Y’all still charge me $17 $35. I pay more money to you in penalties than I pay on bills every month, I would appreciate it if y’all look at my account.

Very bad at updating your accounts will not show charges till days later and has very few actual locations

Hard to get an loan approval I’ve been with you all for over 20 years and paid it off
Thief’s
They steal money asking you if you want to allow any overdraft and if you say no, they still manage to charge you if something tries to go through saying that there’s insufficient funds. This is cheap of them. They are only in it for the fees.
