It keeps saying it needs an update and I deleted and downloaded it again. There was no updates needed. The message is there and it won’t let me use the app.
Constant glitches
This app is pretty useless half the time especially for “couch bingo” for some reason. Super frustrating. Constant app closing immediately after you try to play. When it does actually work, will get stuck and knock you out of the game or else render your device incapable of operating any function whatsoever. If you close it out and go back in, after a certain point in the games, it will not let you back in. Updates seem to only cause more major glitches for weeks to months and at that point it will FINALLY become mostly functional. Used to be so fun to play bingo from home and why now it is constantly unusable is a mystery to everybody. Even hosts. There’s never any explanation given by developers or managers/owners of this company. In addition to these problems, months ago the favorite MAIN host of couch bingo inexplicably disappeared, promised to return soon. Absolutely nothing was ever explained about this situation except “the office is busy” at one point out of nowhere. Host never returned! Still not updated. Now there’s only the remote live bingo available 3 times per week as opposed to 6. This is usually once to NOTHING per week due to either scheduling conflicts or IT issues. Such a bummer!

Needs an overhaul
There is a lot to mention. First, the app asked for a TON of personal info. No reason it needed all of that. People at the bar chose not to use it because of that. The people that did use it struggled to find the correct game. Once a game is started you can’t join. This isn’t a huge problem, except the app froze for over half the people at the bar halfway through the game. If you close the app and restart it, you can’t rejoin the game. Also, I charged my phone to 100% before going to the bar, and my phone hit 10% during the last game, two hours in. This app drains your battery worse than any app I’ve used. Please, don’t make me use this app again.

Tried registering (5/23/20) but FNF registration page is super glitchy/broken! 1)Birthdate section shows months worded in Spanish. 2)Birth year option choices are cut off/can’t be fully seen. 3)Birthdate section will not allow corrections. 4)After clicking “enter” to send registration, the page buffers endlessly & registration never completes! Extremely frustrating & a complete waste time! }:(

Impossible
Tried to register numerous times. Impossible to input birth date then hit the register button numerous times it won’t register or actually start and account.
