All of my progress was erased!!
Have been using this app for over a year and logged in to look for a question I missed and all of my information and progress has been erased!!! Also contacted them 12/11 and here it is 12/23. I had one response from them 12/11 requesting the same information that was provided on the ‘Contact Us’, to which I had responded, and now nothing. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor quality due to service interruption and program malfunction.
