Not a good app
Opened the app and it only lets me add 4 pictures for the portfolio. Check the profile to add pictures but there is literally no way to add pictures. Looked a video up and it says go to your profile/account page and there would be a “+” button to press to add pictures. There isn’t. Only way to use the app is to join “missions” that are listed for brands. Not a good app whatsoever. I’d most likely have an easier time just making an Instagram account and selling pictures/services there.

Not loading
This app is not working. Subscribed 2 or 3 weeks ago and pages are not refreshing. No new stuff and I’m still no able to load photos or videos except the 4 in the portfolio

Photos never get approved. They’re always never show up on my profile page and are always stuck in portfolio view and you can’t add more photos.

I don't understand why you removed the upload feature in the mobile app, maybe just to annoy users? I created an account in the app and spent half a day trying to upload a photo, but thankfully I read a comment from some nice person under your app and realized it wasn't just me! I tried accessing my profile through your website, but it can't see my profile, which I created through the app. Are you kidding me?

Great app for posting pictures & videos
Having just started I’m still learning but it seams pretty smooth sailing, highly recommend !
No Upload Option
I was interested to try this app for selling my professional photography. But from the first moment I got into the app and setup my account there is no option for me to upload anything. No camera icon, no upload button, nothing. I have been researching a lot and the internet just says to make sure you have the updated version and have a signal. I have both. In addition when I try to contact support I see that there is Foap Plus, Pro & Master subscriptions available; they are the inly ones that can contact support. Yet I haven’t seen advertising or options for that anywhere. How do I subscribe or see what options the app has for other stuff? I think the entire app is glitched and I have no way of getting help or subscribing further.

Registration issue
I can’t register from app or website.
Not wasting time on glitchy apps from the last century
I signed up, waited forever for a confirmation email, and when it finally arrived the next day, I was told my account couldn’t be verified. Before that, the photo upload took ages, and the upload section itself was unresponsive. I’m not here to convince anyone of anything — I simply don’t waste time on apps stuck in the past. You’ve had your shot. I’m out.

Can’t Upload Photos
Plain and simple, there’s no place for me to upload photos. When I go to manage photos tab it says “you have no photos pending, upload now” but there is no where for me to do so. Very unintuitive. Uninstalling and moving on to a better more user friendly platform.

It’s nice but I find it frustrating as if I don’t use it for a while instead of logging me in straight away it’s only giving option to as if register as a new user or logs in to some random made up account with none of my pictures.
App only accepting videos (no photos?)
It has been awhile but thought I’d add more photos. There is no way to add photos which leads me to believe changes were made to this app to only accept videos while the photos have been discontinued.
