App was great until...
I loved the app, until they change it. Now you can’t listen to the audio while phone is locked. I could have my phone in my pocket and continue to listen to sermons while going about my day. The update has ruined the experience. I’m very disappointed. Hopefully they fix it very soon.

Focal point ministries and pastor mike are a Gos send. This app is chock full of amazing and solid bible teaching on every topic you can think of.
It's misbehaving today
Have loved the app but today it keeps crashing. Whenever a sermon is selected the app minimizes and I'm back at my phone screen. Hope you get it figured out.
Notes feature
iPhone 6+ iOS 8 notes feature not working. Works on website but not in the app.
Great Sermons at My Finger Tips
I love being able to call up hundreds of sermons whenever I want. I can also get the daily radio broadcast and watch live video from the weekend sermons.

Case Manager
I like the sermons, very biblically sound. The only problem I notice is that the audio seems weak even on wi-fi. I can barely here it unless I have it plugged into my car sterio.

Not only is this app full of amazing "straight from the Bible" teachings, but the format is spectacularly simple and eloquent.

First Class Application - Well Written - Very Professional
Both audio and video are very clear. Just launched this at home on my WiFi network and both audio and video started immediately and were crisp and clear. The application is professional in its presentation (almost feels like an app written by Apple). Most importantly, the beauty of this app is that it a vehicle to promote the truth of the Gospel and the salvation that comes through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, God's Son.

...this is the one you need to get. Amazing Biblical teaching that you can access right from your phone. What a blessing!

With the FPR App, Pastor Mike Fabarez's "no-nonsense" preaching has never been easier to get! No more shuffling through a CD collection, waiting for the Focal Point program's radio time slot, or waiting for slow downloads (the 1hr 6min sermon on 'Christology' downloaded to my iPhone in 15 seconds).
Even when switching between sermons or if you get an incoming call, it continues where you left off.
More to come...?
Like Alan (review above), I would like to see the library expanded (SO many powerful sermons and series from years past), and some features like being able to "favorite" sermons and some search functions. I'm sure these are on the way. A great debut, Focal Point!

Great teaching, great interface
This is an easy way to keep solid, biblical, teaching at your fingertips - I've been a subscriber to the podcast for a long time, but this gives me easy access to more material than the "3 most recent unheard" that I keep current on my iPhone. Like most of the Church App apps (Grace to You, Ligonier and Truth for Life are all on my iPhone), the interface is solid, intuitive and easy to use.
I'd love to see some archived material available - right now, it appears I can only go back one or two sermon series, but perhaps that will change soon. It would also be nice to have some text material available - whether it's daily devotionals, or teaching transcripts - just something to read when listening to audio isn't possible.
This will *definitely* be staying on my iPhone!
