I really love this app, I bought the full version of it, and it helped me edit so many videos, but it’s been glitching and won’t let me save anything for ages, it crashes, doesn’t upload, and freezes, I would really appreciate if you updated the app so it can be usable again

Scam and just a bad app

I redownloaded this app because I thought I had purchased it a while back but apparently I didn’t and now they say I owe them $3.27 but and I can’t download any other apps at all. Yeah, I NEVER intended on resubscribing and I DEFINITELY didn’t agree to resubscribe to anything!!!! I’ll be complaining as soon as I’m done here. Probably won’t do any good or this app wouldn’t even be allowed to scam people in the first place.
