FOCUS SESSIONS, REBUILT Tap your to-do and it expands into a full-screen focus view with a live countdown, your session stats and a break timer. The countdown now runs in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, so you can leave the app without losing the thread. BLOCK ANY WEBSITE Distracting sites can now be blocked by URL during a focus session, on top of app blocking. YOUR WHOLE DAY IN ONE CALENDAR Appointments from Apple Calendar now appear across every calendar view. Timed to-dos live on the calendar too — drag one to reschedule it, and link it to a goal without turning it into a separate event. FOCUS PRO An optional subscription unlocking Workflows — automations that run your routines on a schedule — plus unlimited habits. CHALLENGES Photo proof now has one home, and challenge reminders arrive as real push notifications. SOCIAL, SIMPLIFIED Duel, Challenges and Chat in one place. Messages moved out of a hidden icon into a proper tab. UNDO, EVERYWHERE Deleted a goal, habit, metric or to-do by accident? Every delete now has an undo window. SIGNING IN Email verification codes, password reset, and fixes to the sign-in flow. AI PROVIDER UPDATE AI features now run on Google's Gemini API. You'll be asked to review and accept the updated data-sharing terms the first time you open this version — nothing is sent until you do.
