The music is really relaxing and clear, simple user interface, I’m new with using but great so far

I used to have trouble falling asleep, or being present in the moment. My brain is pretty active at night and can’t stop overthinking. But this app has been a godsend, I love the meditative and calming music that helps to me to relax and fall asleep easier. Really happy to have found this app!
