Terrific Time Tracker
This app lets you choose the time frames that you want to give to a project or even a simple singular task. It keeps track of the time spent as well as the dates you were working. Want to limit time on a boring or odious task? Set up a reusable timeline and start a focus time. Want to school yourself in managing and using movement or break times? - set it up. It times and alerts you to both. Also- I had an issue (bought the lifetime access) with the alerts, and they adjusted the app and then emailed me several times until I had it working just right. Awesome customer service.
