Focus Only is a focus timer built for one task: helping you work without adding another complicated productivity system. Choose how long you want to focus and how long your breaks should be. Start the timer, keep the countdown visible when you need it, and let Focus Only tell you when it is time to switch modes. SET UP YOUR TIMER • Choose focus sessions from 10 to 60 minutes • Set breaks from 5 to 20 minutes • Pick a completion sound or turn sounds off • Keep your screen awake or dim it while the timer runs ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Live Activities show the running timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Check your progress without reopening the app. The countdown also remains visible on supported Always-On displays. SIRI AND SHORTCUTS Start a focus or break timer, pause, resume, stop, or check the remaining time with Siri and Shortcuts. Actions and responses are available in English and German. TRACK COMPLETED SESSIONS Review completed focus sessions by day and see how much focused time you recorded. Focus Only keeps your timer simple, visible, and easy to control.
