Had their app when it first came out I reached out in email on how I referred a bunch of people over 10+ and I had money in my account and when they updated it the money was gone. They take forever to respond back. Once they respond back they made it seem like I was dumb and that some how somewhere the money was still on my account yet when I checked my balance went from $20 to a negative so I emailed again and this time they said my account going to show up like that but they know how much I really have like what… I never got my money from all my referrals. If I could give 0 stars I would!

It’s been nearly a year! No paid Surveys!
I got a lot of surveys in the 1st couple months and I have $12. Since then, I’ve only gotten a couple free surveys worth nothing, and that was literally months ago. Why am I not getting anymore paid surveys? I should be allowed to cash out that $12 because this is not right that I’ve not gotten more paid surveys. I’ll never have $20 to cash out, because I am not getting surveys. I would like the $12 in compensation for never getting more surveys for almost a year now. This is wrong to promise it’s not fake(saw a support response claiming it’s not fake) when no more paid surveys are ever given, so people can cash out. I think it’s completely fair to let me cash out the $12. Your company made me wait for non-existent paid surveys, and that’s not my fault. I need a response from customer service right away regarding this, and how this will be solved. Thank you.

Great app and great service
I reached my cash out of $20 and contacted support and it did take some time to get back but they are busy so I understand . I received my money and think the app has some great potential ! I recommend this because they are worth your time

Confused
This seems like an amazing app with an amazing concept but does this app actually send you questions? Lol I got it 3 days ago and you start out with 10 questions to earn 10$ (keep in mind your minimum to cash out is 20$), and since then I haven’t received 1 question. Which is disappointing
