FocusVault: App Blocker

Before you scroll, do 3 squats. FocusVault blocks distracting apps and adds a deliberate pause before you open them. To unlock an app, choose one of nine exercises or use a timed unlock. [What You Can Do] ■ Block Distracting Apps Choose the social, video, browser, or other apps you keep opening and lock them with FocusVault. ■ Exercise to Unlock Pick from nine movements, including squats, push-ups, lunges, and neck stretches. FocusVault uses the camera to count your movement, then unlocks the app briefly when you finish the selected reps. ■ Choose a Timed Unlock When exercise is not practical, switch to time mode. Choose 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes. The app locks again when time runs out. ■ Set a Daily Unlock Limit Choose how many times each app may be unlocked per day. Once an app reaches its limit, it stays locked until the next day. ■ Remember Your Goal Show your personal goal on the unlock screen and decide whether you still want to open the app. ■ Review Your Activity See unlock time, unlock count, and completed exercises in calendar and list views.
