I only needed to block a couple of apps and didn't want to pay $50/year for the privilege. This is a super simple app to use and helps immensely. To use it, you "scan" a preselected object in your surroundings (preferably one you have to make an effort to scan). Only downside is you won't be able to unblock on the go.
