Lack of instructions/support
There is no helpful instructions except for setting up the “save to” function, which incidentally does not work on my iPad Pro 2nd Gen, running iOS 17.7.10 (latest for that model). The Folio icon is not available in the “a share” set of icons/apps, although it does appear & work on other more current devices running up to date iOSs. I can find no help on organizing my saves, can’t figure out how to TAG an item, etc. All I have is a long list of unorganized saved articles. The app seems half-baked.

Amazing… except
I really love the app. Fast, well designed, great way to keep my articles on-the-go! Awesome work by the team.
There’s one thing. Rotating from portrait to landscape (or vice versa) always loses place when discovering new stories… I might be 30 articles down and then! I’m right at the beginning again 😱
Still, I’ll wait for the day Premium launches just to support the great work here: highly recommended!

The best save-for-later app
I was a long time Pocket user and was so upset when Pocket was shut down. Folio is a clean and simple read it later app that has all the best parts of Pocket and then some. Article saves with a single click. A clean, ad-free reading experience. Easily searching across all my saved articles. I had over 10,000 articles saved in Pocket and was able to easily import all of them to Folio with a few clicks. I’ve added Folio to my share menu and I’m back to how things always were with Pocket.

I am truly heart broken when Pocket dies. Hopefully Folio could pick up where it left off and rebuild Pocket. Good luck Folio’s team.
Promising Start
Wanted to give this app a review to show my support. I appreciate that the premium features are currently free for early users. So far, the app is clean and easy to use. The best part is that it is available on PC too! I also like that saved articles retain images and that there are automatic filters for long and short reads. Great app so far, I wouldn’t mind paying for the app when it moves to a paid model. I just hope that it goes for a fair price, possibly a one-time purchase if possible (which I know is unlikely but fingers crossed 🤞 lol)

I just downloaded this and so far I’m very interested! I work in media and this is something I was looking for.
Can’t sign in
This app looks good, but I installed it on my M1 MacBook and created an account, but the iOS app will not let me scroll down to sign in so has made this application unuseable for me
Really good, which means they will start charging subscription any time soon
Hopefully I am wrong and they won't start charging early supporters. App UI is clean & Minimalist. UX is great
