Dangerous Data Hog
Despite being denied access to cellular data on my iPhone, this app circumvented the controls and consumed a significant portion of my data allotment in one afternoon. I am forced to turn off cellular data while using this app. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence, and I am usually able to buffer about 20’ of the program to listen to before it stops. But occasionally the app misbehaves!

It’s been the BEST for as long as I can remember!
I’ve just passed the 83rd birthday, and have been playing since I was 14. Not as good as I used to be, but still good enough! And through the years I have always been grateful for Folk Alley! Thank you for all the joy you bring to the world.
Fantastic Christmas music
If you enjoy seasonal holiday music and want to hear songs beyond the top 100 pop sounds, then this is the app for you! Folk, country, and lovely instrumentals of old favorites plus some newer compositions and arrangements. This app has introduced many artists new to me. I enjoy listening at home and in my car.
