Daily prayer and reflection brings me closer to my soul’s purpose, and supports the journey towards a greater connection with the divine in me. This app is visually beautiful, user-friendly, and full of great teachings. I love that I can choose a single focus, or a few. The daily quotes and prayers serve as springboards for a day of service and compassion. As a wellness coach, I teach the only way to personal transformation is a daily practice repeated over time, so this is now woven into my morning and evening rituals.
