Not The Best App

I downloaded this to see who unfollowed me and the Unfollowers has never updated after the first day. Also everything else does not update consistently.

Good tracker

Pay for the year, good tracking app. If it asks you to login, delete the app and all data and redownload. Fixes it. Click restore purchases if you subscribed under settings and your back to tracking away ;)

Useless

If you are going to put every single feature behind a paywall just make the app cost money. Literally nothing happens with the free version. This app sucks.

Once the update starts, you need to keep the app open, depending on the number of followers. What is trash? What happened? The app works perfectly and hasn't had any downtime. Concerns

Very good so far but I was concerned because all of a sudden it asks me for my
Password when it didn’t before. Now I’m sketchy of using it because I don’t wanna just give my password away..

Great App & Customer Service

I was skeptical at first, but I read some really good reviews. Decided to go ahead and take my chances with it. And I’m glad I did, Its been some time since I found a good app that actually works, I made a little mistake on my end. I reached out to their customer service not only did they respond super quick, were able to help me resolve it in seconds.

Premium misleading

Found that premium is misleading and you’re better off staying on the free version. There’s no added benefits and you can’t check realtime. Still stuck to 24hr updates.

Hi, Can you give us more details? What is not accurate? We have a support page built into the app, where you can contact us. I am fairly certain that you are closing the app during follower fetching, which is why you are seeing inaccurate data. You have to keep the app open during the loading, otherwise it cannot guess the followers. You can contact us at support@unfollowgram.com, and we can help you fix it; however, there is no technology that will work with the app closed. You still have to be patient to get accurate data, and the loading time is dependent on the number of your followers (you will wait more if you have more followers and people you follow).

It works for me.

STOP CHARGING ME AFTER I CANCELLED

I paid for a week trial but the app sucks. It is restricted and says you don’t need to log into Instagram but you do. I don’t trust that. So I cancelled the subscription 4 days into my week. They still billed me
for an additional week! STOP! I will
Report you as fraud to my credit card if you continue to charge me after I cancelled.
