Can’t get it to find accounts
Some kind of bug, doesn’t work.
SCAM
Bought the month pass thinking it was a free day trial for 7 days, only to find it was just to cancel it but still get charged on top of that my account won’t come up, any account I put it just comes up with an invalid prompt, massive scam!
Waste of money
They provide you with no useful metadata or analytics, you honestly get more in depth analysis in the IG app itself if you just switch ur account to a professional account which is free. Biggest waste of $9.99 all 2024. Seriously don’t buy this.

Good but glitchy
I want to love this app, but more so lately, it's been glitchy. The latest issue is with the API with no easy way to resolve it. I'm just cancelling my subscription.

After several attempts to get it working, it won’t. I paid for a subscription but it still doesn’t allow me to use any of the features. When I trekked to write support, it sent me to a page with a 404 error. The makers of this app are probably here to scam you for your money. Don’t do it to yourself.

Password change problems
this app will not let me change my password, it says it must be 8 characters with at least 2 numbers and i put in a long and complicated password that more than achieved those criteria. didn’t work, tried it about 3 times

I thought this might be good for me to analyse my stats. It’s not that helpful and not what I was hoping for.
For a while now the notifications tell me 0 new followers and 0 lost followers.
But I know my followings have increased and that I’ve lost some.
I’m sure I’m time it will adapt and improve, but I won’t be renewing my subscription.

App crashing!
I just got my subscription a day ago a d this app keeps crashing. I tested setting up the app on 4 devices and issue persisted. What a joke!
Please update your app!
When it works it’s fine, then other times it won’t even open...just keeps crashing.
Can’t open anymore....
Every time I try to open the app it immediately crashes within a second. Guess I’m not using this app anymore, but not of my own choice 🤷♀️

Pretty cool app that gives you great info. W 3 months left on yearly subscription stopped working. Totally unusable !

App Crashes
as of today the app no longer works for me and crashes when trying to load. i’m paying for this, can you please fix it?! your app support page leads to nowhere
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
Used this app for a total of 5 weeks. Paid $59.99 for a 1 year subscription. Now the app won’t even stay open. I try to open. See the app screen for less than a second, and it closes itself. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it. Done a soft reset on my phone. I still get notifications. But even opening it from a notification will not allow it to stay open. I’ve attempted to contact the app makers. Their website does not appear to exist anymore. And they won’t respond to Instagram messages. MY MONEY SHOULD BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.

Unable to email you or request feature through app
Both pages have bugs, no keyboard shows to enter information on the pages when I click on the areas to input information.
I think it would be more useful to see how hashtags perform for each individual post. I’d like to see how many likes and comments the hashtags bring to each post not an average or total- because I want to know how the hashtags perform for each post.
