Request for Refund Due to Inaccurate and Unreliable App Performance
I recently downloaded your app and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The app inaccurately identified several ‘unfollowers,’ and upon checking, I found that those users are still following me. This raises serious concerns about the app’s reliability.
Additionally, I now feel the need to change my Instagram password due to trust issues with the app. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I kindly request a full refund, as the app did not deliver what it promised and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I cannot recommend this app to others based on my experience.

WASTED MY MONEY
Paid the $6.99 to track the unfollowers that I follow. The didn’t have “No Records” for anything! Didn’t even have a record of my following which is weird???

Don’t download it. It will rip you off and steal your money. I just downloaded this app this morning and opted for the three day free trial. I immediately canceled the subscription afterwards. I then noticed $19.99 was taken out of my bank account and the app now says I’m subscribed through the year. I need to be reimbursed immediately!
