Faulty app

The app doesn’t work. Once I download it prompts for a phone number. And then after entering the phone number an error message appears and nothing else can be done.

I’ve been waiting for them to approve/ verified my account for already 2 months. I don’t even see a customer support or email to write to them and know if I’m going to start using the app this year or the next 🤦🏼‍♀️
