I paid for the version that let you add friends and it’s not working. I can’t play with my boyfriend on the app because the friends list disappeared on this update, fix it please. And the android app it’s not working either

After several years of decent usage, the app will not allow me to log in (gives an error message). Literally worked one day, then the next day I could no longer log in. Makes the device useless.
