Lived here for 35 years and raised my 3 daughters in this wonderful city. Schools are great, infrastructure & services are excellent. All the people who I have dealt with in waste management have always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Trash days are really simple remembering the color bins that go out is a whole different story. This keeps me up todays and even tells me the day before hand what goes out
Response Team
Just another reason to love living in Folsom. At 7:00pm I discovered an issue with our water mysteriously shutting off. Folsom had a great response time and with no hesitation sent someone that night to our house to investigate the problem. We were lucky the problem was with the emergency shut off valve. Thankful to know we are taken care of when needed by the city. And without charge! Thank you City of Folsom Water response team!

Great App
This app is absolutely wonderful. I no longer have to guess if it’s recycling day. Plus other useful functions e.g scheduling bulk pickup etc. Great job the city of Folsom.

I’m super impressed with our City’s responsiveness and how easy they make it to take advantage of City services. We pay our share of taxes for those services, but I’m grateful that the city works hard to create value. The app is the icing on the cake.

I like this app for the weekly reminder, but especially for the Waste Wizard when I'm wondering which bin to put an item in.
Great Accessibility with VoiceOver & Great App
This app is very accessible for people who use VoiceOver due to a visual impairment. Even the trash cans are color labeled correctly. Thank you for paying attention to the users and your customers who happen to be visually impaired. Nice features and easy to use app.

I have always kept the calendar that you mail out on my refrigerator. The app makes it much easier and also saves on resources. A great idea.
