So far so good!
Changed from another well known company and FonaCAB as so far outperformed as arrive on time unlike other company that often didn’t come close to the booked time

The app normally works but logged me out and won’t let me log back in and now I cannot book a taxi

They’re only good if you want to book 2 hours in advance and it’s still 40 minutes late every-time
Unreliable
Pre-booking in advance (as far as a night before) is useless.
They only schedule the car a good while after the time you pre-booked, and then you get to wait for it to arrive anyway.

Once again the most stupid taxi company in NI strikes again , pre book a taxi to work 16 hours in advance , no taxi to take me in to work and when I ring and ask the operator he tells me it’s my fault because I should always pre book another 15/20 before I actually want to leave in case of it being just , morons morons morons

Cannot rely on them at all
Recently every time I’ve gone to book a taxi with them you get the same message, no drivers available, what is the point of a taxi service if you cannot rely on it when you need it.

Never had an issue with drivers or rides, the app could be better and more modern though.
Great App made pointless by drivers that don’t show for prepaid bookings.
App itself is very good, however after 2 prepaid drivers in a row over 2 weeks failed to show (recent one at the weekend picked up another couple using our prepaid booking and even tried to charge us more as the couple went further then where we live ) so basically pointless, might as well stand with cash on the street and grab a taxi, cash is king according to the drivers.

Driver was unprofessional and unethical
Found a lady in need who didn’t speak english-she was lost and her family requested me to book a taxi for her . It was a 3minute drive and the estimated charge was 3.70pounds. The driver was informed of her situation and i confirmed her address via a piece of paper she had with her and the family member who was on the phone. We got a notifications saying that the lady was charged 10pounds for this ride. The driver took advantage of the lady’s limitations and charged her extra. I can confirm this is the same person who we have booked with previously and charged us more than he should. He is not trustworthy and is cheating on customers
