No longer good
There are so many ads that this app is literally trash now.
Taking away lifetime purchases and forcing subscription & buggy app
They force users into subscription models after previously offering lifetime purchases (e.g. removal of ads). Text book example of anti consumer behaviour. On top of that, their app interface has been stuck in the past and looks extremely outdated and clunky. I regularly miss calls because the app is buggy - no alerts of incoming calls, unable to pick up etc.
I’ve used them for many years because they were so affordable. With aggressive push of subscriptions for everything this is no longer the case. I do not recommend this app

Untrustworthy
My lifetime no ads subscription got cancelled or ended by them.
My son 6-month SMS subscription got ended in less than 3 months, we had to go through he'll to get them reinstated it.

Disappointed
Despite I purchased lifetime ad removal, ads started showing up all over. I checked with the customer service, they said the lifetime means 2 years now. I call this is a fraud.

The app is really good and I'd be willing to pay for a subscription. But there are way too many ads, and I hope they can reduce the sudden pop-ups. The notification sounds aren't very noticeable! The unread messages page often doesn't show up! I suggest changing the design of the unread messages page!

Does not honour ad free purchase
Purchased lifetime ad free and now I'm getting ads . So many ads making it unusable . Greed with too many ADs has ruined it . Paying customer here and experience gone downhill . Hope they smarten up before losing their loyal customer base

The ads became so much annoying that I stopped using it before the ads were acceptable but now too much and lasts for long time with so loud noise
Beware of hidden costs
I had purchased some extra minutes - which sets off some inactivity timer, and while having minute credits on your account you’re getting charged $1.50 month if you don’t make a call once a month.Which I don’t necessarily do for international calls. So they make you pay extra for having paid. What a scam. I ended up closing my account, even forfeiting the minutes I had left.
