Call will drop when they load ads

i got to power off my phone to get rid of ads that totally block the keypad and no X is visible
some ads fill the screen , but there is no way to get rid of it… i dont mind an ad with an “X”, but the full screen with no x, google said you have to totally turn off your phone and restart… booooo … bad fongo

I’ve been using this app for the past 10 years at least and for the past 10 years that has been crashing on regular basis I’ve been hoping that it will soon get reliable update. AI can build a better than this trash. And they have also removed my app purchases.

L’ouverture d’un compte, qui devrait être simple, n’est pas évidente: à la première ouverture de l’app, on offre de se connecter, de changer mot de passe ou enregistrer! Aucune de ces options ne m’a permis de créer un compte; même après la création 2X d’un mot de passe, et en haut, on compte mon nombre de tentatives échouées! Flûte hein?!

Inconsistent service
When it works, it’s truly great.. sadly I have had so many issues. Even now, I am not getting messages.

There is something wrong with the app im not getting my text anymore (paid for it) getting the notification getting the icone there is a text but can t find it anywhere something is not working correctly being client for years …

Bought a lifetime subscription to ad free service and when they decided to switch to subscription based they tell me they’ll give me two years and that the service I’ve had has paid for itself. Lifetime means till I’m dead, but liars and thieves like Fongo will have no respect or loyalty to their customers.

when you get message. It will only appear at notification. But not appear in apps. What a shame.
Messaging down no notice
I paid good money for this app with Fongo plus and then get hit with a message status down today. No notification just cannot see texts. I wish I paid more money and went with a different app. Horrible technology

Wow the ads are getting ridiculous. Plus, I paid for no ads originally. App is pretty useless now. I paid to have my number ported to Fongo and now I regret it. I used to be a big fan but not anymore.

With ads even paid
Paid monthly for messaging, but the app still shows long ads, which can’t be dismissed. It blocks conversations in the middle… I have to force close the app and reopen to continue the conversation.
