Fonri'nin bir adet akıllı ampül ve bir adet akıllı prizini aldım. Ampül sorunsuz çalışıyor ancak priz ne yaptıysam bağlanmadı. Teknik desteği ile telefonda 10 tane yöntem denedik olmadı, fiziksel olarak ürünü göndermemi istediler gönderdim. Ürün sorunsuzdur diyerek geri gönderdiler? Maalesef destek noktasında zayıflar.

Akvaryumda 4 lu akıllı priz modelini kullanıyordun tekli prizde olduğu gibi elektrik gitdip geldiğinde tekrar başlamıyormuş acı gerçekle öğrendim. Acilen bu problemin giderilmesi gerekiyor.
