Subscription based, no free content

They should say SOMETHING in the description about a 2 day trial then you need to subscribe/pay to access. They present it like a free to use app. Sure Apple puts a small subtle “in app purchases” but almost every app has that.

Make it a true Design DIY App

It’s ok to have this app, if you want to keep the self made templates without any changes. But I prefer to be able to rewrite text and change fonts to make edits on the template and save it as different template and file format.

I wanted something because design space wasn’t working.

My app has never worked since day 1

The app has never worked since I bought it in July 2024. . I open the app, then click continue, around the 3rd or 4th clicking of continue it stops at MOCKUPS MADE EASY, no matter what I do It doesn't load anything. And I have ample storage in my Ipad.
How do i get a refund since i never get to use it. I paid 19.99 for nothing. 😢😢😢

My app doesn’t go past the 4th screen

The app is not working until now since I bought it in July 2024. . I open the app, then clicked continue, up to the 3rd or 4th screen then it stops there. It doesn't load anything. And I have ample storage in my Ipad.

Hi, I’ve emailed this app for support on trying to cancel my membership but have yet to receive any feedback. I only wanted to do the free trial but it wouldn’t let me cancel before it was up. Im looking to receiving a refund and help with canceling the membership please and thank you!
