It has potential hence the 2 stars - HOWEVER- I subscribed for the free 3 day trial but the app wasn’t recognizing that I had. So if I tried to do anything the “Upgrade” notice would pop up even though I was already subscribed. Waste of time.

Subscribed for a year and when I try to use a font in Cricut or download it, it says I need to subscribe again??! £30 for something I CAN’T USE??! 🤯

Doesn’t work
It seems I’m having the same issue as a lot of others. I’m not able to download any fonts even after paying for the subscription. On my iPad I tried closing out the app and returning with the same result, and had the same issue on my phone.
Rip off!!
The font I need is no longer available on Design Space so I downloaded this app. It said I could get 3 days free before I’d be charged £30 for the year. I’ve been charged £30 and then whenever I try to download the font I need it says I need to pay for the years subscription which I’ve already done!!!

Request for Refund – Accidental Subscription Charge
I recently signed up for what I understood to be a free 3-day trial of your app. However, instead of being able to access the free trial, I was unexpectedly charged $54 for a subscription.
I did not intend to purchase the subscription at this time and only wished to trial the app first. Could you please cancel this charge and issue me a refund? I would still be happy to proceed with the free trial if that is possible.

Glitches
I have gotten the 3 day free subscription and everytime I try to download a font is says sign up for the subscription I have tried removing the subscription and redoing, and well and fully deleting the app and restarting my iPad and it still does the same thing very unfortunate
Can’t download any font and charged
I want my money back bc this app doesn’t work even though fonts look great I cannot access.
Free trial does not work
I subscribed to the free trial and whenever I try and do anything it doesn’t work, it just comes up to the screen telling me to subscribe and tells me I already have but it’s not letting me use the subscription.

It made me subscribe (I had no problem with) however it ask you to subscribe every time you use a font when I’m already subscribed and I can’t use the app!
Don’t work
I downloaded the app paid the $30 fee and it keep telling me to pay for fee before I can download the fonts but it’s already paid for don’t it a scam don’t waste your money

I already have the subscription for the year but when I attempt to download to design space it tells me I have to subscribe. But then I try to purchase and says I already have a subscription.
