This website sucks. I can’t get it to pull up half of the time and it takes forever to open up in the app because you can’t get it to sign in for 5 minutes

I have never seen an app that takes so long to open up and once it does it’s plain vanilla ok. Food City must be losing a fortune on this worthless app

Worst app ever
I wish there was a way to put photos in the review to prove this is a highly dysfunctional app. I have only one personal email address. I had the previous app already set up so I went through to remind myself of the password since I couldn't log in. This app tells me there's no such person with the email address that I should go create a new account so I do. Which it then tells me I cannot because that email address is already in use. Somebody needs to fix this and I would love a reply on how I can get around this problem. Can the pharmacy fix it from their end? Can anyone fix it? It's pretty stupid to have this cyclical problem.

Never works
I can not get on to refill any of my prescriptions ever! It’s very frustrating
Somewhat helpful
Something that trips me up a lot is the “there is an issue with your insurance” message. My prescription refills get this message when there is a delay like the pharmacy ran out of the prescription or my prescription can’t be refilled until tomorrow. The first time this happened, it caused me a lot of issues, so I end up calling the pharmacy a lot.

Very frustrating app!
Lack of instructions and no hint on how to change where they have set up auto refills. I have to attempt signing in twice at least every time.

Took a perfectly fine app and made it a bug filled and hard to use app. Why?
Poor App for Important Needs
Agree with previous review about this app; not too much of a time saver when meds are needed immediately.
New app not working
I was excited about the new app because it appeared to work well at first but now it doesn’t show all my prescriptions. Apparently no one is paying attention to all these bad reviews because I don’t see where any fixes or updates have been released recently. I don’t want to change pharmacies but it’s looking pretty attractive at this point.

Old app worked, this one doesn’t
My old credentials weren’t recognized after the switch so I was prompted to reset my password. After trying to log in it says there’s already an account with my email.
I tried setting up a new account with a different email address but it told me I already had an account.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Still cannot sign in.

Ridiculous
The app will not accept my user name or password, will not allow me to start over and set up an account. The old app worked, this one is garbage.
When it works it’s okay
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work more often than it works. As others have mentioned, there was no mention of a new app being released. My guess is because it wasn’t ready. After a couple of months it still isn’t ready. Most days I can’t even get logged in. Like I said, when it works, it’s good. It might even be great. But it doesn’t work regularly enough to know. I’m glad I have good pharmacists. If it wasn’t for them, this app would send me somewhere else.

Truly needs work!
I have tried 2 dozen times to SIGN IN (am registered & have used app a couple of times) & it always takes me back to home. Also sized too large for my ipad screen & requires multiple up-and-down swipes to find what I am looking for (usually Prescription List). Badly needs some professional attention.

Not working
Won't open half the time and I've requested a prescription to be filled a few times but it doesn't go the and doesn't give information as to why.

The new app is horrible.

This app is worse than the other one. It won’t log in even after numerous facial recognition or entering password info! When it works it is good but most of the time I can’t get in to it!
Ridiculous
It says they don’t recognize my rx’s when I scan the bottles. I have to go into the list of meds and choose which ones I need. Hard to sign in also. Horrible
