New app not working
I was excited about the new app because it appeared to work well at first but now it doesn’t show all my prescriptions. Apparently no one is paying attention to all these bad reviews because I don’t see where any fixes or updates have been released recently. I don’t want to change pharmacies but it’s looking pretty attractive at this point.

Old app worked, this one doesn’t
My old credentials weren’t recognized after the switch so I was prompted to reset my password. After trying to log in it says there’s already an account with my email.
I tried setting up a new account with a different email address but it told me I already had an account.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Still cannot sign in.

When it works it’s okay
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work more often than it works. As others have mentioned, there was no mention of a new app being released. My guess is because it wasn’t ready. After a couple of months it still isn’t ready. Most days I can’t even get logged in. Like I said, when it works, it’s good. It might even be great. But it doesn’t work regularly enough to know. I’m glad I have good pharmacists. If it wasn’t for them, this app would send me somewhere else.

Truly needs work!
I have tried 2 dozen times to SIGN IN (am registered & have used app a couple of times) & it always takes me back to home. Also sized too large for my ipad screen & requires multiple up-and-down swipes to find what I am looking for (usually Prescription List). Badly needs some professional attention.

Not working
Won't open half the time and I've requested a prescription to be filled a few times but it doesn't go the and doesn't give information as to why.
New app
The new app is horrible.
Awful
This app is worse than the other one. It won’t log in even after numerous facial recognition or entering password info! When it works it is good but most of the time I can’t get in to it!
Ridiculous
It says they don’t recognize my rx’s when I scan the bottles. I have to go into the list of meds and choose which ones I need. Hard to sign in also. Horrible
No stars garbage app
Unable to log in, unable to register, holding on the phone for 20+ minutes to talk to IT with no results. I’ve lost access to all of my prescription info in the old app.
new app
absolutely terrible new app! The old app was excellent and easy to use the new one is very confusing doesn’t work good, hard to figure out please go back to the simple way that you had the app before.
Just leave things that work alone!
Can’t log into the old app any longer. Can’t log into the new app because it doesn’t recognize my old email address. Can’t set up a new account in the new app because it says my email address is already registered to another account. Don’t you just love the latest and greatest. Gonna try Publix!
Still can’t log in
I keep getting “Sorry we do not recognize that email/password combination.” So, I hit forgot password, enter my email address and it reads “Sorry, we do not recognize this email.”

Horrible app! Changing pharmacies not to deal with it

I can’t even get into my account. I even tried recreating a new account. It doesn’t recognize email but then I try using it and it says it’s already in use. Try a brand new email…same exact thing. PLEASE fix the app or go back to the other one! I used the app 100% of the time, now my meds are never ready and I always have to call them wait!

Flawed
It lags so bad. I can’t get logged in. Once I’m in, everything moves at a snails pace. I can’t check if my prescriptions are in progress of being filled or not. It continuously states no server connection or issues loading and it can’t even tell me if my refill requested submitted. The switch over was bad too. No information was provided about a change or how to do so.

Terrible
This app sucks compared to the original one. You can’t ever sing in. You can constantly input your information and it just sits on the log in screen. Very pointless to have.
Sucks
This is supposed to be an upgrade, I have yet to see the upgrade. I had to recreate my account, sometimes it will log in most of the time it times out. Go to refill meds and it will refill 1 or 2 then it gives me an error message telling me to try again later. This is about to make me switch pharmacies. Update Really wish I could give 0 stars! Yet again doing my meds for the week and it is down again!

Horrible updated app
This new app is horrible! Useless and not user friendly.
Does Not Work!!
This app has been out for about two months and it still doesn’t work. It’s constantly error messages about technical issues. This is is junk app. Do NOT download this garbage!!
Useless App
Tried to log in with old account finally learned from reviewers (not the app creators or FC) I need to create a new account. Will not allow me to create a new account with any RX number I have. Planning to more my biz to another pharmacy. This is absurd.
