Password not working
Tried to reset my password but it never worked whenever I would check in my emails
Constantly having to change password
This app used to be good, but in the past few weeks it hasn’t recognised my password and I’ve had to get a code to change it EVERY TIME I USE THE APP!! This is very annoying. Even more annoying is the lack of help on their website. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the developer, hence this review. Not impressed.

Bad! Worse! The worst!
Bad: "You do by app and you get 1 points out of each 1 pence."
Worse: App didn't install and activate easily, operators don't know which menu to choose on their machine. And always a need to pay a fraction change to keep your points intact.
The worst: queue doubles length when a student wants to pat by this app. Operators justify the case announcing this client is to make points. Changes required even at this session? Yes. Operator is about to get double of price, because in the wrong menu again.
My advice: Never top up this app.

Looks really great and will save me lots of money!

I've been using this app to collect and spend my loyalty points at University. I've even used the top-up feature to pay for my lunch.
