It is a pleasure to visit Food Emporium. Varied products and the service is terrific. I particularly like the butcher shop where they customize my needs.
Store is Great, app needs improvement
No complaints about the store at all. Food is great and delivery is fantastic. The app is another story. While it is rather easy to shop, address and phone number changes are impossible to make to your account. I created a new address (even though it was actually the the same) just to change the phone number. Now I can’t delete the old one. I went on the computer and was actually able to make changes to my account but the changes are not reflected on the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling but still no success. The other issue is that your cart is not viewable on two phones if you want to shop with more than one person. If you shop and add to cart on one phone, you have to either share that phone or use a computer. My advice is to use the computer to shop rather than the phone app…. Much easier for now.
