Costumer support absolutely sucks
They responded only once quickly and that was when I first sent them a message asking for help retrieving my account after that I have received responses only 3 times WITH ALMOST 6 HOURS OF TIME IN BETWEEN EACH RESPONSE , AND THE LAST RESPONSE I GOT I HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE DAY TO JUST GET “what region did you make the account?” AND I ALREADY RESPONDED TO THAT BEFOREHAND WITH PHOTO PROOF OF MY ACCOUNT NAME, REGION, WHAT LEVEL I WAS, I WAS WILLING TO PROVIDE MORE AND HAVE BEEN ACTIVELY SEEKING THEIR HELP BUT HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE WITH IT.

Love how the food characters look and fighting is pretty standard but hard as well. And when they do special events, you do get involved with the game even more.

This is a great game if you ignore that it’s died down,the fan base is practically nonexistent anymore and the game itself is un-f2p friendly,new characters don’t have a dub or sub some characters with non English letters have their names like blocked out if you’ve been on TikTok and see a comment with weird blocks ykwim . events need you to be high level for some bosses making it impossible to do if you haven’t been playing for at least a year . And a lot of gacha events require diamonds to pull that are practically impossible to obtain for free or fire souls or whatever that are also hard to obtain, this game needs a lot of fixing 😐

Been playing since around release. Game is so fun. It’s nice to come back to. The music is good, and the art is incredible. Wayyyy before the AI craze, so all this art is from the heart. Thank you guys for keeping this game going!
