Easy to use, super local
I love this idea, and this is the only food delivery app we’ve used while we’ve lived in Richmond hill for the last 4 years.

Took to long to deliver.
It took 1.5 hours to deliver my order. The food looked and tasted like it had been made over an hour ago. I’d rather just pre order and pick up the food myself. Just wasted $35 on a $19 meal. I only ate half the sandwich I ordered. Everything else went into the trash bc it was disgusting. No one likes old fries and fruit that’s sat out for over an hour. I won’t recommend or use this service.

Wonderful App
Easy to use app, shows restaurants (even when they aren’t open) to choose from and their menu availability. Love the “favorites” section of menu that shows popular items, great feature if you are trying a new place. Love the delivery tracker with interactive map, makes it so much easier to know when your food will arrive! Have had deliveries on weekends and are usually delivered well before estimated delivery time. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the Richmond Hill area!

Needs Work
The app is just OK at this point. It’s clunky and hard to order. The menu bar doesn’t stay at the bottom and when placing an order clicking and changing fields is difficult at times. The app also crashed after placing an order when asking for app feedback. It doesn’t give you time to fill the forms out before it changes menus. Food and service is great! The ordering process needs a ton of improvement.
