FOOD-CO is the first IT platform for food support service. We aim at facilitating food donations in a more efficient way with advancement in technology and data analysis. In June 2016, St. James’ Settlement was engaged to run the first IT platform for food support service, FOOD-CO, which enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of food support services in Hong Kong through information sharing and collective collaboration. Vision and Mission FOOD-CO works with like-minded partners to solicit resources for poverty alleviation. We cultivate a culture of save and share, with an aim to reducing food waste and creating a better living environment. Main function 
 Easy to donate：Only one button in the APPS for donating the food surplus to the food support service points. Simple to process: only fill in few questions to finish the donation The updatest food support service news: the updated news would be shared to each food support service operators Direct communication: Different parties can contact each food support service operators directly Efficient re-distribution: automatic re-distribution with advancement in technology and data analysis.
