Doesn’t launch half the times and requires multiple restarts to put in an order

Worst app with pathetic payment servicing

Worst app with pathetic payment processing. Slow as hell and the payments are never posting for orders while money is getting deducted. This money is not even getty reversed. And there is no proper customer support

Pathetic customer support

I have been charged twice and now there is no live customer support it says someone will reach out via email in a day but has been weeks. Extremely disappointed and appalled I would not give it even 1 star

Non-existent customer support

Tried to reach multiple times for a few days, no answer. The app itself is fine, but unable to resolve an issue due to lack of support is not a good experience.

One of the worst food apps

My initial 2 orders unsuccessful but still the payment went through. Its been a week that i raised a request for refund and even attached the proof. Still not reply. It’s not about the money but it is about the principles

Worst app on my phone

Horrible. To use it, you pretty much have to restart it every time because it freezes. And then, IF IT WORKS, it takes forever to operate a transaction. It’s just a really bad UI. If it worked properly, and swiftly, it’d be fantastic.

Unable to login

Hi there, I can’t login to the app due to no way for me to turn on location service, so I can’t use the app at all. Please fix the issue. Thank You

Getting better! Something wonderful!

When started to first use the app, it was slow and cumbersome full of errors. Now it is something wonderful! Keep up the good work, and keep on making the app as a good or if not better than it is already.
