I want to reset my monster

I gave this game a quick try and really enjoyed it, but I want to reset my monster, and deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t work so I try the delete account thing but that doesn’t work either. I’m also angry because I bought a pie to feed my monster but he didn’t eat it, he fell asleep, and when I came back, the pie was gone so I wasted my coins… but anyway, please just add an option to reset the monster!
