Bad setup & terrible service
They promote a free trial but they charge you immediately. Their app has not contact information, no help section. Very poor setup and service
No free grace period they do not honor. Go to a reputable company.
I had such high hopes for this app. I signed on because it had a free trial, but it immediately charged me. The app is very incomplete. Nothing like my next diary or lose it. I am so disappointed that I was supporting her. Absolutely nothing I wrote to Apple, but they turned off the air else. This company has an incomplete app that cost $40 in. Do not honor their free. Do not buy

The app is buggy and crashes
I paid $40 for this app. It does not work properly. It takes an exorbitant amount of time to render the results. 90% of each time I’ve used it, it either crashes or yields zero results. I’ve reached out to them for a refund and no one has replied to me. In short, I feel that the company that developed this app doesn’t even belong on the App Store.
