I played to level 17 was told I get 100% of money. I did withdraw and over 1,000 disappeared leaving me with small balance I can't withdraw. What a disappointment.

I have played for months and finally reach level 48; I cannot get past it because it keeps repeating the level. I have tried to contact someone for support but never heard anything back. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. The game says you can cash out 40+ but that’s a lie. I cannot cash out; level 48 keeps repeating. I’m so sick and tired of wasting my time. I don’t understand why people scam. What ever happened to keeping your word, showing up when it counts, answering a damn simple email request, etc?
