There seems to be a problem with the Maikai rewards app.

App crashes
App continues to crash. I’m not sure why it not being fixed? The app worked great before it started crashing and automatically logging out and can’t log back in.
App defaults wrong Foodland Store
Both the app and foodland.com defaults to foodland farms Ala Moana , and won’t let me change the store to my home store in Kapolei!
I’ve tried everything to change the default to my Kapolei store, and have been unable to change, which results in me not being able to shop for pickup! The app does en give me a home page either, nothing like Safeway or Target, they are both easy to use, so that’s where I end up doing all my grocery shopping!

This app is horrible and it doesn’t even work that well

Why have the app on the App Store if it doesn’t even work? It doesn’t find my store even though there are several in the area. Just the one in Honolulu. Just delete it or actually fix it. Yikes

The app only provides profile info. Assigns Ala Moana store which is not helpful at all. Can’t see sale ads, search for in store items or change my store location. What a mess!

Vegetables department gone down hill‼️‼️😖😖😤🙏🙏 produce used to be better quality ‼️‼️‼️😤🙏🙏 The place looks like sack& save low quality store‼️‼️‼️‼️👎👎👎🙏🙏🙏most employees are ok. Few not friendly 😔🙏🙏 management need to step up😖😖🙏🙏🙏🙏

I loaded this app to check if my location was selling cauliflower, only to find out that the app doesn’t even offer merchandise inventory browsing for its locations. Deleted it immediately. As far as I’m concerned, useless app.

I agree with the other review .. it seems the app was never completed.
Don’t show any sales , merchandise or anything . Is it not a online app to shop? There’s a option to use your Maikai points for grocery delivery, that’s cool but no option to order anything! How you saposed to pick that option??

Need online shopping functionality
It would be great if online shopping functionality could also be included like other markets.
Unfinished
Seems like someone designed the app, but cut ties halfway through, and no one has bothered to get it finished. There’s nice maika’i features and rewards, but that’s it. You can’t view what any stores have in stock, nor any deals that they have.
EXPECTED MORE
Although Foodland is a local favorite; I had hoped this app would have been an interactive to go website. A link to each department and a list of each specials.
Especially with placing orders from deli, sushi department, and bakery.

Great, but needs improvement
Come to think of it after working there the app is pretty empty meaning there’s no way to scan for product bar codes to check the prices if they are correctly Marked as advertised, an you can’t even find what is on sale like a regular supermarket advertisement. Please fix this and add when you can come for an online pick up order and how to place a online pick up order would be very appreciated and would be very helpful for both customers and employees who have to do their pick up orders.

Points expire after 6 months, but you are not able to see how many points are going to expire, on my mobile device. Only works on laptop or desktops

Unable to Shop for Groceries
There is no weekly ads to view or cannot shop for groceries. Only can pick your home store and see your Maikaʻi card and Rewards. Will you add Online shopping for groceries and Delivery or Curbside pick up to this app ?
