Going forward, the experience is very disappointing. It’s unreasonable to charge a delivery fee even when the purchase amount is above ₹1500. You should have a minimum order value that qualifies for free delivery. Adding extra charges like this makes the overall experience quite disappointing and discouraging for regular customers.

This would be especially helpful for women who are at home alone, especially those whose husbands are working abroad. Many of them face difficulties in going out frequently for small daily needs. Having quick delivery of essentials through your app would make life much easier for them and for many others in the community.
This can also help the app grow by offering a complete solution for both food and daily needs under one roof.
