Terrible UX and Non-Existent Customer Support
The UI design is incredibly frustrating. The customer support interface only has a bot, and there isn't even a text box to type your own question. I had a very simple issue but it was impossible to reach a human. To make matters worse, I signed up for a "7-day free trial" for the membership, but I was charged immediately. When I finally called customer service and waited over ten minutes, they told me they couldn't handle it and promised someone would get back to me. I’ve heard nothing since. An absolutely awful experience.

Unprofessional customer support handling
I had a very disappointing experience with the support agent, Folashade. My issue was not properly resolved, and her responses were unhelpful and unprofessional. She did not show willingness to assist and ended the chat without fully addressing my concern. This level of service needs improvement.
always showing the same restaurant
there’s no algorithm here unlike other app that always show me restaurants in rafeeq first page more than 20 ads after word everyday its always the same restaurant even after the ads it never change. its better to implement some algorithm because the current way seems lazy look at the other apps if you order a lot from the restaurant it will go up and it will show mix of new restaurant on top mot just the same one (even without the ads they’re all the same).

Using promo codes as click bait
First time rating an app in the Apple Store , every time they give one offer or voucher they will make hidden rules like add 50 riyal worth more to use the voucher you will only come to know once you try to apply the voucher . Very bad experience
Very bad, and also worse customer service
