Terrible promo handling and accusatory customer support
Horrible experience with DoorDash support. Took advantage of a BOGO promo for El Jannah, but the second meal never arrived. Human support agent Smita and supervisor Anjali refused to fix the issue. Anjali literally blamed me, demanded screenshots, and treated me like I was in the wrong when the pricing clearly reflected two items. Zero accountability or customer care—sticking with Uber Eats from now on.

Performance /policy
It’s 6/10 disappointing. Almost like holding your breath when you order because they just allow anyone to deliver orders. It’s RIDICULOUS how the order can be wrong with proof and they deny your refund or credit back for Your MONEY.
