I do like using Instacart, but the extra fees I think are wrong. We pay a fee yearly to use this service and I feel that’s sufficient. Would give us greater opportunity for larger tips for our shopper and delivery. They do the work and for elderly on fixed incomes it’s a blessing to have great people.

Convenient for 911 situations
Instacart has made it possible for me to feed my family. We live in the country and my car is in the shop. So we have been stuck. My family and I are so thankful. I had to learn to navigate the website but I must say it’s rather easy. Thank you shoppers. Thank you so much.
