The most Trash and heartbreaking App
I was shocked to receive an email accusing me of mileage fraud and deactivating my account. I drive a Tesla, and all of my trips are recorded. I would never manipulate mileage for a few extra dollars. As a new shopper, I made some mistakes while learning the app, but that is not fraud. I don’t care about getting my account back, but being accused of something I didn’t do really hurt. I won’t be using Instacart again!

Great Options, but…
Mostly good experiences, but there is times when I have to just shake my head. Example, the big avocados are not a sub for the small ones. The plain yogurt is not vanilla yogurt. Make sure you set exactly what you will substitute and what is being refunded. Deliveries are best during the week. If the gas costs $20 and the tip is another $20 you have to wonder if it’s worth your time or theirs. Time is money, you make the call.

Don’t offer store ad sales
I would really like Instacart if they master showed the sales that the store does. It’s just as easy for me to order directly from the store and pick it up.
