How is there STILL not a list for your favorites?
The app is no better than Doordash because you can't even go to your favorites list. At least Doordash lets you bookmark your favorite restaurants. I bookmark my favorite items on Instacart and there's no way to view them. What's the point? Also the fact that grocery stores still make you buy items by weight is insane.

Charged 25 dollars without my permission
Very disappointed with my experience. I placed my first order and at checkout the app showed that my $10 promo code was applied and free delivery was available, which was the only reason I decided to complete the purchase. After the order was confirmed, the promo code and free delivery were removed without any notification or approval, and I was charged around $25 more than the amount I agreed to pay. How can a company scam you like this in broad daylight. I even contacted support and they basically said too bad you already paid we can’t do anything about it

So convenient for older people not to go out in the heat or the cold or the rain and get their groceries and being delivered right to your door

I order something at 4 and it doesn’t arrive until 10pm even with express delivery and tip

My special instructions stated” please knock when delivering” as the package contained heat sensitive items. No know as this could have ruined costly materials.
