If you use the “leave at my door” feature, just know that it means your driver can take your food and you won’t get refunded for it. My food wasn’t even delivered to the right address and all they could offer me was a $5 voucher after I spent $20+ on my food. Dont use this service unless you want to be scammed.

Service is garbage
The app works fine, but the service has consistently declined every year. Considering I spend an exorbitant amount getting deliveries for my elderly mother & there are constant issues, I will not longer be using this “service.”

They don’t care
There’s no customer support. So if there’s an issue with a delivery, such as the selling establishment does not have a working tablet, Uber eats and Postmates will not cancel the order so they can keep the money. Meanwhile, they will send in a dozen drivers from long distances knowing that the order will never be able to be delivered. I’m canceling my Uber one membership. because people deserve to be treated better than they do for their drivers.

Fraud and Theft
Postmates charged me for an order the merchant forced me to cancel, charged me for it, told me they would refund me, and then never did. The company does not allow you to contact any support so that they can do this. That constitutes theft and fraud.
