This is insanely convenient. They should start doing post mates for personal chefs who can come through and cook at the drop of a dime at a nice price.

i am getting charged for so much extra stuff it’s insane. the stupid live chat doesn’t even help either. not only that but i waited an hour and a half for my food bc my original driver was there to pick up the food and then is tells me it’s finding me a new one. the new one was abt 10 to 15 more mins away from getting my food. never using ts again dude.

Horrible customer service
This company is Uber and they both have really bad customer service. The drivers often leave my orders all over my neighborhood so they have a big problem with that. You have to fight to prove your case and it shouldn’t be that way.
can’t recommend
worst delivery app i’ve ever used took almost an hour to find my driver just to bring me my cold food and when i go to contact support it doesn’t allow me the app glitches and doesn’t let me make a report.
