I’ve removed all my previous delivery apps. This is my go-to! Delivery time is super quick, no excessive delivery charges. You’re losing out if you use any other delivery services. Also, FAVOR GOLD is amazing!!

Even their advanced support can’t make this app work

Favor sent me a postcard inviting me to join favor gold for free for a year. The provided code did not work. After 11 emails back-and-forth with their advanced support team, it still doesn’t work. It was going to begin charging me $10 a month in 30 days, and none of the directions provided by the advanced support team are actually reflected in the apps UI. This app is a disaster.

First Time Wasn’t Good

I used Favor for the first time and it wasn’t a good experience. Enough information was not given. I don’t know if the restaurant received my order. I was just told that they hadn’t found a runner for my order yet. It was over an hour. I think I will stick to my other food delivery options.

Cannot update the app!

You require 17.0 OS in order to use the app, but my phone is not due for an update. This sucks. Someone in the IT department wasn’t thinking. I would love to use Favor, but …

Price Switch

So I think I’m paying $24.50 plus the tip which I figure is gonna be around $5-6 bucks so like $30 I think I’m paying. When the screen pops up it’s over $40. And I’m like how can this be? Well if you calculate the tip based on the original price before the supposed $10 discount you’re getting then it does indeed come out to $40. Which is a price switch at very last possible moment. Not only are you HEB charging the extra fees you increase the prices of your products online compared to in-store. So you make more on your products and on your fees. All for the simple convenience of having a few grocery items delivered. 4 to be exact. And not only that there’s no competition here so no one to go against you. Smart business HEB. Smart business. Meanwhile guys like me have fewer options and are just walking ATMs for yall already. Rant over.
