Refunded system sucks
Only got refunded 76 cents for 2 items that I got delivered completely wrong, make that make sense?? I didn’t pay 76 cents for those 2 items?? I paid way more than that
Making an Account has been a struggle.
Many glitches where I cant sign in using apple. It sends me in a loop and then locks me out because of "too many attempts of verification."
Slow
It takes a long time to get service. I don't have this problem with other delivery apps, but I wanna support local stuff.
Better than any other service in my area
Food usually arrives quickly and still hot. I’m single and have found that other delivery services put larger orders ahead of mine because the tip is more substantial even though I usually tip at least 20%. So far, that has never happened with Favor. I cancelled all the other delivery services.
Charged me more more and tried to tell me I’m wrong
I ordered food even had a discount for 50% off, and the order subtotal and everything was normal and the entire price with tip was $25, but then randomly I get charged $36 and so jm charged for both things and the $25 was refunded, when I contacted support they told me the actual subtotal was $36 with delivery fee etc, but I remember for a fact that it wasn’t because I say and remember the price being $20 with the coupon, and they tried so hard to tell me I was wrong just so they could get more money. Actually dumb system and not even worth it.
