Charged me more more and tried to tell me I’m wrong
I ordered food even had a discount for 50% off, and the order subtotal and everything was normal and the entire price with tip was $25, but then randomly I get charged $36 and so jm charged for both things and the $25 was refunded, when I contacted support they told me the actual subtotal was $36 with delivery fee etc, but I remember for a fact that it wasn’t because I say and remember the price being $20 with the coupon, and they tried so hard to tell me I was wrong just so they could get more money. Actually dumb system and not even worth it.

Having to use the web version cause the app interface isnt good
The fact i have to go to the web version just to update my delivery instructions is crazy. You really oughtta fix that.
So many fees!
Fees galore, and takes forever to speak with someone in customer service. Only has select stores and select items. I only use it when I have to and when you have enough saved up.
Not Worth Your Time
This service sucks. Orders are always late. Does not compete with door dash, or insta cart. The customer service did not help at all with complaints. I am extremely dissatisfied. Just do instacart it has a better overall customer service and faster deliveries. Would not invest in the gold membership.

Can you please just send the customer a notification that the order has arrived so they can tell y’all they got it so I don’t have to wait 2 hours to be paid please
