Useless app

Pulled over to place an order en route to my office from an event. Changed location to South Congress location only to have the app default back to Pflugerville. Negotiated absurd call tree got the manager for Pflugervilke bbq store who refused to cancel the order stating I had to come into The store. Now renegotiating app to cancel the order.

Good bbq but customer service is absurd

Food is very good, five stars. I order from the counter often. The app has never worked for me, that’s what we’re rating, right?

App won’t let you checkout

Can’t checkout

The app is buggy and I couldn’t place my order despite trying to troubleshoot solutions for 30min… also, crazy that the store doesn’t accept order over the phone, I would love it if they could implement that pre-tech-psychosis convinience
Great food, pls fix the app ♥️

Beef Rib Love

Full disclosure, I work for HEB at TTBBQ, but I still need to share my thoughts on this unctuous meat! My hubby and I share it and the two sides with meat left over! It is a special treat on a Friday! Treat yourself soon!
