The app is buggy and I couldn’t place my order despite trying to troubleshoot solutions for 30min… also, crazy that the store doesn’t accept order over the phone, I would love it if they could implement that pre-tech-psychosis convinience

Not as good 2nd time
Came opening weekend food was really good. Today we got half the brisket as first time, it was dry, no sauce, cutlery. Disappointed!!!

Easy to order. Haven’t tried the cue yet.
Fail
Another fast food franchise app, another fail. Tried to order from my local store, and the menu just spins and says data error. So I’m writing this from the store while waiting. To the people who manage this - you need to follow through with your software team and hardware/software system end to end, and not just say “let’s make an app” and walk away. This reflects on your brand.
