Half and half
Placed an order for the 6 dollar meal , wanted half roasted and half crispy , got home and guess what order is wrong two crispy,, come on guys it’s not that hard!!! Two thumbs wayyyyyy down

Add drive thru pickup

Decent app in terms of deals and ordering but it’s crazy you don’t have a drive thru option in 2026. I’m doing a mobile order cuz it’s quick and going inside takes too much time

ASAP takes 25+ mins

If you buy in the app and choose ASAP it pushes your order out 25+mins and you can’t cancel it yourself to just order in person faster instead. The staff tells you they can’t cancel it or see it until it pushes through a receipt on their end even if you have the order info and they won’t start your order early. I won’t be using the app again.
